I have been involved in activism since high school, focusing my work on racial, religious, and gender equality. One way in which I was recognized for this work was on the cover of STAND Magazine, the American Civil Liberties Union's bi-annually published membership magazine. Much of my work with the ACLU is connected to the Board of Directors. I have served on the ACLU of Wisconsin Board of Directors since 2015.
